Accept everything you see, hear, and smell along with any sensations you are having. In the moment. No judgements. No analysis. No labels. Don’t anticipate and don’t hold on to what just happened. Everything is what it is. Fill your mind with it – only moment to moment. Try it next time you go on a nature walk. Spend part of your time in this mindfulness state. Relax and enjoy.
